Our Project Management Team plans and manages the study overall.
In particular, as our experience has told us, we try to improve the operational effectiveness by focusing on “pre-study activities” such as organization of project teams, schedule and cost planning, and vendor selection and management. Once the study is started, we dedicate ourselves to sponsor communications and issue management until the conduct of the study is completed. We believe this will help our clients to save their time and money and achieve their goals within the planned timeframe.
