According to our employment processes, usually only 1 interview is done. However, an applicant may have 1 or 2 interviews based on the circumstances. 1st interview - interview by departmental staff: evaluation of job competency. 2nd interview - interview by executive team: comprehensive evaluation of ability to coincide with LSK Global PS's vision and work ethic.
Applicants are considered to be experienced if they have over 1 year of experience in the field of work to which they are applying. Applicants with less than one year of work experience will not be recognized as experienced staff.
All work experience (internship, nursing work experience, CRC work experience, etc), excluding part-time job work, will be considered in our decision making.
The number of recruited employees varies based on our current needs for each department. However, if an applicant's abilities and vocational aptitude is high, then he/she can be hired regardless of whether the department is at its maximum number of staff.
Based on the relative necessity of English proficiency for the job position, preference will be given to applicants who submit an official English competency score.
