Yes, if you would like to request a company visit, please let us know your schedule and a representative will arrange the company visit for you.  

Yes, please discuss your desired visitation date with us in advance, and a visit will be arranged for you. 

Please contact our BD representative and a representative from our CM team will contact you regarding a contract.  It is possible to use a contract format from your company or use our contract format.  If needed, a CDA can be created for you by request.  

Usually, once the estimate has be finalized and the contract is complete, study processes will be started.  However, under special circumstances such as when there is a pressing schedule, please contact our BD representative and we will provide support so that there is no hindrance to your expected schedule. 

Once the clinical study work is confirmed, we will have an internal kick-off meeting which will be followed by a kick-off meeting together with our sponsor's representatives.  If needed, it is also possible to attend the internal kick-off meeting if requested.
